I eat the same thing for breakfast every day.
I have the same routine in the shower, at work,
in the garden...I like it that way.
Change is good, they say,
and I agree.
That's why I keep mine
in a little change jar.

Eggs for breakfast, soup for lunch,
snack bananas by the bunch.
Dinner's fish with greens for crunch,
afterwards a cake to munch.
Then off to bed at nine fifteen,
molars brushed and face scrubbed clean.
Flannel jammies, same old scene,
morning starts the same routine.

i rarely sleep more than 5 or 6 hours a night...been that way since i was a kid. used to drive my mother insane!

Love them both - and shake my head at my morning routine, which starts at 7.29.

cjchaffin - Routine keeps us sane and provides order in our day up until the very moment we get sick and tired of it.
Now we know why TGIF(Thank God It's Friday) is so popular. Also I keep my change in a plastic gallon jug and
check it every now and then to make sure it hasn't exited from its routine of remaining right where it is.
Most enjoyed this cjc. Namyh
