Horripilation - Another Word of the Day Poem
(for Mel)
The vampire’s teeth scratched across my neck
giving me a terrible case of horripilation,
I must admit it was a horrible but intriguing sensation.
Father O’Malley with cross in hand came to my salvation,
and one more vampire went dry through religious negation.
