though it does seem that way
if I look at the glass plain of calm shallows
shimmering after they caress your calves
and ripple shoreward;
concentric semicircles of light and life.

yes she does though painters of that era often painted adult women in such a way.
though mainly clothed Smile i think he was trying to capture innocence.
