Uhoh, zmeansy, we had someone with this problem before. The thought then was to clear your browser cache, I think. Maybe try coming on with a different browser. You can try emailing billy and see if there's anything else you can do. Hope it gets straightened out.

The issues lies in some conflicting JavaScript, be it a browser addon you installed or some adware that injects itself into web pages you view. Check your browser addons/plugins for anything you don't recognize and I suggest running a scan of your computer with MalwareBytes or something.
