It's strange the frustration I felt just reading this "email", like I was the one needing the help and some of the "help" was gobbledegook till I got to grips with it.

I found it poetic that the person sounded oddly robotic and yet had a strange natural grasp of iambics. Most poets struggle with meter and yet this odd tech support message gets it.
