Latency agents patrolling after hours at mind estate stations. You have to deal with them all of the time.

I've read this a few times and its possible I am just too novice to understand, but after reading this a few times I still dont know what its about.

I thought the rhythm of these lines stuck out in a good way from the rest of the poem, but had a hard time understanding the purpose of the ellipsis. I also found the last two lines somewhat difficult and confusing. Thanks for sharing your work, it was interesting.

The first couple of lines are to do with cueing up for a boycotting of calls off cue.
Then cascading into a route of one way non sequitur tangents?
Then sobering.
