true, it's why i said plausible not probable
and that the whole human race would have to accept the rules of such a thing.
which maybe could be plausible but we all know that it would never ever happen.

one things for sure, if ever we get the world to agree on something, some twat will start something else which conflicts with it. it's our nature.
