Pollution as a whole maybe yes but as far as global warming goes I believe that CO2 being the major cause and us being the major culprits is a farce of major proportions. Warming of the same type is being seen on other planets as well and they are not populated. It's the sun plain and simple.
Global warming is a great tool for business and carbon taxation nothing more.

I think we all should have to do some actions against Global worming. Day by day this problem will be become a very serious problem for every human life. So we have do some thing action for that. Now in a day is so many country is feeling that effect.

i still say we should use and invest in renewable energy.
we should also try and find a way of genetically modifying bovine and other farm animals to emit less methane in their shit. (irradiate it completely if possible) we can tie up carbon in the use of plastic building materials that can free up the forest to grow hard woods again. we can plant more bamboo (forests of the stuff) we can attempt to clean up the oceans and farm fish on a larger scale and to a better standard. we can use cars that don't run on fossil fuels. the money spent on wars alone would fund all this and more.
we just have to get some priorities right.

Oil is far too valuable a resource to waste it as fuel and asphalt. We need it to make plastics for the generations to come.

A great deal of clean energy can be had by using geothermal. That simply requires drilling rig technology to bore deep holes into the ground, in order to tap into the heat that is always available down there.

geothermal has been proven as a good energy source many times over.
what i'm saying is we have the ability to create clean energy and the products to use it.

on the plastic thing;
oil pollutes the atmosphere when its used as a fuel. when it used in plastics the co2 isn't released. if it's turned into the right kind of plastic, said plastics can be reused by chipping and remolding. no landfill sites etc. as it is we're only just starting to recycle plastics on a large scale. we need to be more proficient at it.

Yes, that is true that global warming had really made things very serious and I think that now it is time to take a steps and doing something for saving our earth. It is very necessary to take a initiative to live a healthy life.
