Infinitessimally Finite

Past the water's Reflection is what I see
Depth Further than the eye can see
Flowing Infinitely

This life is mine
This Life is Finite.

The Sun beats down on a desert road
You walk it alone and you bear your soul
Lost in a crowd but your sitting at home
Only yourself can make you feel whole

Drowning in wealth and surrounded by poor
Falling into a trap, simply wanting more
At the tip of a hat, the roof hits the floor
If there's no way out, Create the door

Everything that you see is worth letting go
No matter how much you think you know
We are all just part of the show
We all hit highs and we all hit lows

It comes in waves just like everything else
Strength in solitude will save you from this hell
--Choose-- where your perception dwells

The love I feel
Is only a mirror
When I close my eyes
I can still feel her..

This life is mine
This life is finite

It flows with that simplistic flow. The kind that doesn't feel very concentrated. Like you just wrote it all out in a few minutes and left it exactly like this. But it didn't come out very well.

"Bear your soul" makes me laugh. "Beer my soul" would be funny as well if you are doing a follow up piece.

In your defense, I must say that most of my poems are dashed off in a few minutes, however, I would advise to look over your poem while or after writing it to see if you could have worded something better before you post it.
