I did not see that paticular film, but Jenny Agutter was hot. Did you see Logan's Run? I had a crush on her after that, ha ha. Nonetheless, I did try to capture the ominous nature of the megalith with 'Dingo Assylum.' Do you remember when a dingo carried off baby Azzaria? Investigators found a piece of her jacket in an area filled with dingo lairs! I was alluding to that.

That is probably why I love the line. In Ayers rock, you have one of the most sacred sites to aboriginal inhabitants of Australia and a geological wonder of the world in stark contrast to being the setting of one of the most talked about and heinous kidnapping/murders of the century. The culprit, a feral creature that dwells there. Shelter, sanctuary, haven, all lacked the sonics, image and impact for me. Thanks for stopping by and sharing your view.
