No reason, no nothing. Random killings and then turned the gun on himself.

Police couldn't do a thing Confused.

Some people say that the gun laws need changing. They're already one of the tightest as far as I know Undecided.

I don't believe the government will.

If someone is determined to kill a bunch of people, they can do that with a kitchen knife.
Look at the resent cases of similar mass murder/suicides in China. They were done with knives.

Britain's Prime Minister said the same more or less.

Quote:David Cameron sought to avoid being rushed into “knee-jerk” changes to gun laws and said: “You can’t legislate to stop a switch flicking in someone’s head and for this dreadful sort of action to take place.”

our gun laws are already really really strict.

there's talk he got angry because of fellow taxi drivers at the back of the cue taking fares out of turn.

it seems possible because he shot one dead first off and another in the face. after that he may have just gone loopy and went berserk.

the fog is right though,go out with a bang, your 1 second of fame on the sensation scale.
then all these media channels falling over eachother to come up with yet another grisly detail with total disregard for neither the victims families nor the perpetrator"s

The thing that bugs me the most is the innocent people that had never met him. They were just in the wrong place at the wrong time, and bang - they're gone.

Life (or Death) is a bitch.

All humour aside, people get killed because of a revenge or something hateful in the nature of the attacker. Not to say whether the family or friends deserve to die more than the randomers, I just feel sorry for those who stumbled across the path of someone who they didn't know was going to kill them.

I read the story and it is awful. I'm very sad this happened over in the UK. We had something similar but it was a muslim military sarge psychiatrist at Ft. Hood, 14 dead 31 injured. In America we call it "going postal" because one of the first media cases of a shooting rampage was a US postal worker who was fired.

It just proves anyone is on the verge of crossing that thin line into rage beyone reason.

I wrote a poem regarding Ft. Hood, hmmm. do you think I should post it?

by all means but in the poetry section Wink

to me it seems he took out those he didn't like, then just did randoms as he drove about. it's sad that anyone has to die because someone goes postal as Bianca says. let alone the innocents.

i suppose once you start it becomes easier as you progress. at least he didn't kill any kids like they've been doing in japan.
