Do you think a section for short stories is in Pig Pen's future?

I think it'd be interesting to have a new section of the site where people can write short stories. [You can attribute this idea to my (almost) daily shower-thoughts.] It's just every now and then I don't want to write a poem, but rather a sort of hybrid between short story and poetry. Am I mad? What do the mods think?
I just know I don't want to sign up to a new forum.

What do the mods think? I would think yu could post them now in misc with [short story] in the title. There is no guarantee that anyone will comment or that the comments would be other than worthless but, then again, there is no guarantee the sun will rise tomorrow either.

I'd place a bigger bet on the sun rising than receiving useful comments on the internet any day.

Yah, betting on the sun rising is one of the safer bets you could make no matter what you compare it to.

the prefix's in the miscellaneous forum when you want to create a thread. there's now a choice, (makes it easier to see what you like

Yes. Make it big and call them "NEWSCLIPPINGS ASKED FOR SHORT STORIES SO HERE"
