if you think it should be in discussion please move it there

seriously guys, if you have to ask the above question then it should be in discussion and we shouldn't have to move it. all that happening is peoples threads are being littered wit posts that have nothing to do with their poetry. everyone is entitled to their own opinion, their crit isn't or shouldn't be receiving feedback per say. it's fine if you don't agree with something some one said, if you really must question them do it in the pigs arse or start a thread elsewhere. if you don't agree with what i said, discuss it here, if you do agree discuss it here but lets step away from the poetry threads unless we're responding to their poem. i'm sure most poets are capable of asking their own question about any feedback they get. i'm fine with answering any question anyone has about my feedback if they're not the poet as long as they ask in the arse or in a discussion thread about why they disagree.

one last point about cliche, just because you don't think it's cliche, doesn't mean it isn't cliche, if 4 or 5 people say it's cliche, the odds are....you guessed it, it's cliche. you only have to look at some forum poetry to see what they're saying is the same as the poet above them and below them are saying.

Completely agree. It is rude and counter-productive to hijack someone's poetry thread to further your conversation/trolling/debating skills. Be fair to others and make your own thread-- that is a nice freedom to have. Make all the valid discussion threads you like . . . pretty sure billy and the gang won't be upset about that at all.
