All of these are already written on this site somewhere. Two recordings are old; the first recording, with two poems, is more recent.

Avoid abstractions if you stick to more concrete images I believe your poetry will improve. If you post the text along with the audio I think the poems would be even better.

I just said the text of these poems are already on this site somewhere.

And I prefer not to avoid abstractions; as I feel that most concrete evidence proves to be wanting.

That is:

Abstract thought is useful. And pretty much all we have to go on; when concrete reality has nothing immediately available to offer.

And it doesn't.

Well... maybe for some...

And when them some is present...

I'll describe them concretely. Like I always do.

Lately, as you can see...I've been on a losing streak.

If I ever die,

I'll feel

dis-made.

Well, hell,

it's better than Dane Cook

You'll be hard pressed to find anything not worse than Dane Cook. Write about that cat from the landfill...

I got jokes that put Dane Cook to shame.

I got reality that puts me to shame
every time.

Except a few times.

I also did a copy of the "no id" one a while back which is my favorite of yours, I don't know if you would be interested in hearing that one as well.

I make audios of many of the poems I read, both here and elsewhere as I like to listen to poems but no one else is around to read them to me.

Please repost any audios you may have, Spoken verse is infinitely more powerful than what is written it just adds a whole dimension to the work. I can't say you'll get much more than my listen but you will get that...

Most of my audios are of others' work so I need their permission to post. I did one for cidermaid here: http://pigpenpoetry.com/showthread.php?tid=9751

I am also more than happy to post one for any other writer who would like to hear how it sounds when read by another.

I have many audios of famous poems and I once considered posting some but that was around the time billy managed to get professional copies of every poem ever written and post them so I changed my mind.Huh

I tend to make audios of my own only when I am working on them to hear how they would sound but then delete them later.

That was interesting to hear, I listen to audio poems on youtube quite a bit. As long as you think a poem is worthy I doubt most have heard it...
