Going with "other", I guess? Don't think it should be equal for all... above a certain income bracket, like if you're earning billions, a higher percentage seems reasonable. Of course, that's just one layman's view
PS. If you can, try your hand at giving some of the others a bit of feedback. If you already have, thanks, can you do some more?
