Nice segue into the rondelet. Of course it begs the question if the poem was just a setup so you could do the rondelet.

Could have been... not really, "rondelet" just rhymed nicely and it seemed the logical thing to do (though it may only seem logical to me!)... the poem was written like that because that's what happened, more or less, with slightly less rhyme and slightly more wine.
