"this gun is harmless
but it's bullet isn't"

"Bullets don't kill people,
poets with bullets kill people!"

The following excerpt is from "Catch Phrase-Living"©2011

TIP ONE
The Tao of Catch-Phrasing
1. Swallow catch-phrase whole.
2. Digest, but do not examine.
3. Repeat ad nausea regardless of context or situation.
4. Smile Cheshire Cat smile, just as if you had a brain.
5. Feel smug and self-satisfied.
6. Search ubiquitous media for new catch-phrase.
7. Lather-rinse-repeat!

TIP TWO: Erros in Catch-Phrasing

The man repeated the catch phrase, but it failed to work.

Catch-phrase: If you repeat something often enough and long enough it will become true.

Error: He left out "For you!"

How long after picking up the brush, the first masterpiece?

The goal is not to obfuscate that which is clear, but make clear that which isn't.
