someone had to do the god post lol.
i'd say i'm an atheist, which is weird because i believe in a god.
not a god whose omnipotent, rather a god that everything else is structured under.
if i had to name my god it would be nature, mainly in the form of laws.
i personally feel these laws of the universe/s are rigid. before them it was pure chaos. eventually chaos gave way to a stability.
i see in a post that you refer to rooks and say the game needs a design/er
not really. the big bang from chaos (nothing) billions of years later earth.
a while later boardgames. what shall we call these; rooks. you say the rooks came about by design. i say they came about by chance. they could very easily have been called skunters and only be allowed on any white square in a row or column. i doubt they were originally called rooks or castles. everything evolves. even so called design. we change this or alter that and call it design. in truth it's natural progression. we need something to stop us being bored. we invent chess.
