In the poem, yes. But the questions at the end question (note a priori
action of "question") that assertion implying that they are products
of perception and hence a posteriori.

Many being taken up by the angels of the "Occupy itsy-bitsy periods of
time movement" which, of course, no matter how long they move, will
never get there.

I do indeed believe that the Higgs Boson plays dice with the world.

thingy under the ground where they are making wotsits collide, and today
you talk of it."

Probable this topsy-turvy time dilation has Higgs Boson made.
