This is nothing knew at all and it pisses me off. The very second that private business gets involved with things of this nature you have to know that at some point the price will go up to a point that only the people in the upper income class will be able to afford it.
Same thing happens here in Canada with car insurance. The government made it illegal to drive with out insurance and at the same time did away with government unsatisfied judgment insurance which leaves every one at the mercy of the insurance companies. It's a crock and a setup.
