There are vintage collector's cars, and then there are old beaters that need to be pressed into a cube and go back into the melt.
Don't confuse the two kinds of old cars.

i've seen some of the old beetles here in the philippines. some look good and some look like clunkers.
i think it all depends on how well they've been restored.
if they've just had some tyre black and chrome cleaner the odds are it's not a vintage car. if on the other hand its been stripped down and rebuilt with pristine parts and brought up to showroom condition then it's vintage. as to how old. i'm not sure.
