We will use the super-antibody... one shot for everyone is convenient and will theoretically save many lives. But that's with the understanding that it's effectiveness will only be for a limited while, if that... we need to continuously come up with more innovations in medicine, and I suppose that is one path.
Nanos? That could be interesting... if they acted like white-blood cells then they can serve as a substitute for people whose immune systems are shot.
