Checking the Defences

i was reading it as a decent write and then it went deeper.
the last part made me feel the introspectiveness of someone whose taken advice from
a 'shrink' and after watching frasier thinking WTF
so instead of a light hearted poem it was turned into one with some depth. (from my pov)
