that was my thought as well.

the GOP would have been better with the filibuster split. then they could have jumped all over every little failure.
as it is now it seems that all they're doing is vetoing anything the dems come up with.

once the new pres term is up for grabs. i can see a lot of obama saying lets work to gether and a lot of GOP saying fuck you we want you to fail, showing up in the ad clips of the dems.
