Two seemed enough, I would have thought one was but thats just me.
People are still dieing from the fallout.
Burning as hot as the sun, the power of the sun contained here on earth in a room with a fail safe. Cut me some slak if I say that the fail safe will work properly after it fails the first time if there is anything or anyone left to fix it.

if there was an accident people would surely die. shit happens, nothings safe. not even hunting. not even petroleum plants or oil rigs. not even leftover landmines.
