I'm sorry, I agree with most of what you said but not with this. Sure it's not morally right, probably not legally right either (we don't know the intricacies of Swedish law) but you it is not anywhere near rape.

From what I read he did want to have intercourse without a condom and even though they wanted to use a condom they did not refuse to provide him a service. They willingly were paid for sex - that's not rape. He did not force them, from what I deduce.

And I maintain that this case need not be in court.
