acta will and can only affect those countries that acquiesce.
many of the south american countries won't follow suite nor will all western countries. the first time the usa or any other country try and stop the netz being world wide will be the day when we rise and voice ourselves in unison. the acta law or a bastardization of it may be enacted but much of it will be toned down. we still need to fight it. but they can only push so hard.

bersculoni wants to do much more than the acta bill. much more.

ACTA is not a bill, it is a trade agreement, a world trade agreement and if any country wants to trade in the new world order so to speek they will have no choice but to sign it. Does not mater what it appears that he wants.
