I like the idea of having licensed prostitutes, to make them, legally, self-employed professionals. Aside from health insurance that will help them protect themselves and their customers, legitimacy will also make the profession safer in general as a lot of the bad rap it gets from being a dangerous profession comes from them being forced to do their jobs in seedy places.
