if presidents can lie i'm sure air-force guys can too.
and under certain circumstances it's understandable that
what we see is interpreted as something we didn't actually see.
i think stephen hawking or someone else said.
"don't be too eager to meet aliens. they probably just want to kill you and take what they need." (paraphrased)
obviously a discussion of this sort can only be assumption, so i'd presume that if there were any race intelligent enough to travel the distances of the universe , they would probably be fairly nice beings. they'd be intelligent enough to know that they could get what ever they need from other worlds less developed. i suppose they could be mean fuckers but that's not my presumption.
