i suppose branding could be an option. though i'm against it. tattooing but they could be cut out.
the only way is to lock up those who buy these animals and those who sell them.
i hate grasses as well sj but for some reason i can understand why these people act as mules.
if it's a given that they'll just get a fine and a short prison sentence instead of ten or 15 years. it night make the purchaser think twice. it might also encourage the mule to get some kind of identity of the buyer, knowing if he gets caught he'll get a reduced sentence.
