We eat alot of steak and seafood, vegie's, desert's hell good bread is 12 bucks a laof here. Go through alot of spices and they are expensive as well. Mushrooms alone run us 30 bucks a week and then there is the wine to cook with. We eat good, I mean we eat what we like and consider it to be good. Not the sort that buy into all this health food crap, nothing but very good brain washing. All of the men and women on my side of the family have eaten this way for generations with the exception of the week minded few. Life expentancy in my family is anywhere from 70 to 97 years baring death by unatural causes.
