Retiring, I wish. I'd love nothing more than to sit like a hermit and write poetry. Yet poetry "strikes" me wherever I am, thus this write proves. I was working at my Admin job when a poem would begin to flow and I'd hurry and write while I was processing mail or answering the phone, or doing a report; whatever. I'd write poetry in the car on the way to work.
My last day at Clearsnap is 9/17/10. Then my contract ends. I have written many poems at that window. Glad you enjoyed this summary of them Yes the poem is sad, as I am to be leaving the workplace - great people there and I will truly miss the inspiration of the window. The verses that you liked, I think I'll post those poems. And the one about the Sun.

It's good to be "seen" I always enjoy being here.
