In simple terms , I think he was looking to just (pardon the slang here) get laid. I mean he's a straight guy, there's nothing wrong with the want for sex. I haven't quite figured if these women were prostitutes (didn't read all articles, sorry and can't remember 
) but I think it's pretty clear that he did not rape either of them.
Whether he wore a condom is completely irrelevant when it comes to the law (even though, I tend to agree with addy on this one) so I can say that they've nothing on him. ANd if the process fails? He's now got a pretty good argument for Defamation of his name and he could most likely take them to court if he wished to
