With the onset of nasty weather and the cold/flu season we begin taking echinacea and continue until winter is over. Echinacea is more a preventative rather than a cure as it boosts the immune system.

For belly aches ginger or gripe water works great.

For bruises you can't beat arnica. We have miniature horses. One day my full-of-himself stallion for no apparent reason up and kicked me square in the shin. He kicked me so hard it took my breath away and left me standing in great pain. A friend turned me onto some arnica cream ... it was amazing as it took the pain away nearly instantly and I had no bruising.

I suffer from joint and muscle pain (I work too hard lol) and use Lakota, it's been my save all for many years now and I tell everyone about it.

As with many females bladder infections can be horribly painful. At the onset I drink pure unsweetened cranberry juice for a couple of days (and not the OceanSpray shit). Doctors believe bladder infections can only be cured with antibiotics ... definitely not true. Infact there are many nursing homes in Canada that are now implementing the daily use of cranberry juice as a preventative in aged and sedintary women.

@Velvetfog: the weed will clean out your lungs but as for the NeoCitron that's just nasty stuff with a whole lot of sugar.Sad
