I'd definitely have to disagree about men being "smart enough to treat women better" . The feminist movement, where women fought for equal rights, was a long, hard, painful road; men pretty much had to be beat on the head with the idea before finally relenting. (And even then, there are still lots of patriarchal, chauvinistic societies up to today)

The thing that annoys me about feminists is their split attitude. "Women are better than men (since forever); But men are still supposed to let them go first and take the chair out.
