The bone

I really enjoyed reading this poem and I thought the layout was different, it reads like a long stream of thoughts, rolling and rolling, what if we do this, or we don't do that, so often how life is played out and our thoughts can drive us mad and i like this approach rather than the verse by verse. As said previous, the part below was very strong and would like to see more imagery like this, like how is it for playing safe for example.

But then being safe means you never get to taste the raindrops again or your birthday cake or the tongue of your lover or the texture of those ice cubes you used to lick with your cousin when you were kids and you were bored when the lights went out.
