"You CAN see it as simply a tool, although AI is and always will be more than a tool, I think everything negative about it outweighs the positive, but I'm sure you've heard and seen the arguments and consiously weigh your decisions."
I've been debating about it in a forum for 5 straight days when I got my OAC YT channel (surely) thanks to my 1st AI try.
"With your history of music how can you think AI comes even close to the concerted efforts of the classical greats, they didn't just follow rules, they discovered new paths. There is a program called Finale where you write sheet music and program instruments. I understand the need to produce output, and limited resources, and have lost a tremendous amount of hope in the world as it is now, and often think I should just throw away all my own work because it seems obsolete in the tides of relevance. So I'm sorry, while I want to support you, I don't want to listen, because of AI."
As I grow up, it's harder and harder to get an appartement, in the 1st floor, to bring my youth's Rameau, but whatever, in a city it's just too "nuissance/noisy". I had chance to grew up in a rural home and study/work/practice at heart will and seriously classical education. Then after my burn out I took my first (not really but it's another long story) appartement 1st floor, so with my piano, played piano as hobby, but kept it in my heart as a serious discipline, combined with Nietzsche spectrum. Covid came and when it was finished I found myself a job proposition in a far city, lost my place in my conservatory of music as pianist (and it's the most in demand) started this job then it brought me back to hospital because my main meds were no more in production. Now since 2 years I'm in a lil town, like a commune where everybody knows each others, it's good, but no work, you need a car, it's a 1600 habitants town. This is where it gets complicated because I found a job, in my main city. The bus schedule will be a bit though but I believe in it, now looking for a 3rd appartement in this same city for easiness of transport to my job, and found one, need to call them tomorrow.
All that to say even if I re enroll to the conservatory of music in my main city, or not, I will have a decent job next month and a new appartement, I won't even be able even if I had a piano/electronic keyboard to work on it. Because, as official music artist, all the process is quite slow and takes time (promotion, marketing strategy, looking for an actual label, sending my songs on radios), my label offer classical music distribution service, so I'll see if I give time to get an electronic keyboard, if I'm enrolled in the Conservatory surely, but at the same time job will take all my days. I had Finale, but lost the CD, or the Key. I think I still got the box from it (yes, it's the 2012 version) I enjoyed it, but only next to an instrument, and not DAWs and gears.
By the way, I am trying a new path that nobody made (not just AI), "Jazz Industrial" it's started blindly ok, then I felt the more I proceeded the less views I had, maybe because of some details the algorithm didn't pushed it, like those tracks and the two EPs, the Haas effect (mastering stereo for pros) I misused it, the kicks and the rest are on the left panning, and this Instagram reel song had bad algorithm, I don't know why (I'm learning DAWs by myself since 5 years).
This track, but I deleted it this insta reel is all what is left of it:

And thanks for all the appreciation you can give.
