Invocation
If I were Pessoa,
I'd be happy;
as nothing is more true
than what is.
Not being—
I can imagine,
time, ships, cups and diners,
women who don't know me.
—But I won't think of time:
Inherent as it is,
the atmosphere of,
the context of me
looking back to weathers
and accents which are actually
now, and more felt than sensed.
And in this way, I am happy.
Not being Pessoa.
Pretending I am.
If I were Pessoa,
I'd be happy;
as nothing is more true
than what is.
Not being—
I can imagine,
time, ships, cups and diners,
women who don't know me.
—But I won't think of time:
Inherent as it is,
the atmosphere of,
the context of me
looking back to weathers
and accents which are actually
now, and more felt than sensed.
And in this way, I am happy.
Not being Pessoa.
Pretending I am.
