A hazard in a spandex cosplay suit,
Here he comes to save the day!
No strategy, just unruly melee,
All brawn up front and nothing in the boot.
The crowd erupts in panic at the shout:
Here he comes to save the day!

A rondelet's refrain should really be only four syllables, but I could not resist. I increased the length of the other lines to compensate.
