We are a poetry site with one very specific purpose. We are here for poems, specifically, to workshop poems. We are not a social media platform. We are not a showcase or gallery. We are literally only here for one thing and one thing only and that is poetry in progress.
We are absolutely not here for people to ask for money or to post links to promotional material. We do not require members to pay to join, and we do not allow advertisements on the site.
Please take a moment to read our site rules:
#2. "Don't post or links to spam, advertisements, malware, direct downloads or torrents."
Do not post links to content that is not free.
Do not ask members for money or post links to payment platforms.
And, while we are at it, please include the written lyrics for every audio poem/song you are posting so that our members can actually comment on the poetry aspect of your content. If you are not looking for feedback on your lyrics, then you are very likely in the wrong place.
Also, we are not a vanity site (as Billy used to say). If you want to post your poems here, then please catch up on offering feedback on other people's poetry. If you aren't interested in other people's poetry, then you are definitely on the wrong site.
