Much perplexed by this one. The many internal and external rhymes are quite ingenious and, for the most part, appropriate to subject.
The perplexity comes from why this is so difficult to read aloud. It is obviously possible to have rhyme of all kinds without a dominant meter - free verse and blank verse often include everything but end rhyme and a bit of that, too. But here, with so much, the difficulty.
