Autumn Atmosphere
The stray dog doesn't know it but somehow knows it,
the family doesn't know it but somehow knows it,
the rain and the trees with the rain in them somehow know,
the atmosphere somehow,
the culture doesn't know but somehow knows it,
the dreams don't know but somehow know,
they feel as I know it in me.
As the dog disappears, glimpse of tail, in the bush.
