[Tiger the Lion]

A stranger, inside
Creeping.
From the ceiling
Black ooze seeping.


Opaque marbles,
On the floor.
Rolling under
sill of door.


At night
monsters follow
Down a potion
That I swallow.


Jars of marbles 
On my shelves,
Jars of marbles 
on my floor--
Come from under
Sill of door,
No room 
For anymore.


Door creaks ajar
Dog staring in
I try to get up
But my energy wears thin


The dog climbs up
To my sweat soaked bed
Slowly it sinks its teeth into my neck.


No more marbles anymore
Lying cold dead
On the floor.
