help rebuild the site

[CRNDLSM]

We just started the spotlight back up, none of us really feel like we can say what deserves the spotlight though. I think if it showcases an active members work and improves the quality of the site than it can be considered. I also don't think the spotlight should just be given out because of this or that reason. I think we can all agree some poems should have gotten the spotlight during the long period when no one was nominated. If anyone thinks a poem or critique deserve a spotlight please personal message a moderator your recommendation.
