sadly some have shouted rape when there was none.
but even that has little bearing on whether or not a woman should be partly to blame if she dresses in a provocative manner. i say people should be allowed to dress how they want and if they get raped the the victim isn't to blame.

i'm not talking about a night out where mixed signals are given. i'm on about actual rape. the taking of someone without their consent.
