indeed is made of cheese, (Why this statement? Who cares if they promise the moon is made of cheese, I don't know why you mentioned that.)

and infinite others
that insist biology
has gone the way of Pluto.

The alchemy unfolds
in real time
and all bets are closed. (Bets closed? What was being betted?)

I don't understand much about the last line nor the beginning, if you could show more clarity about them, it would be a great piece. Thanks for sharing.
