Brilliantly explained. The United States of America was always an illusion, and now the people who were exploiting it and the people who believed in it are on the same page - disillusioned.
At West Point, 51 cadets on sports teams cheated on their calculus exam but are being let off to Beat Navy. I wish I thought Navy were any better - they'll be the front line against China when it comes for Taiwan. Except that Biden has already made that deal. Hell, why should we care about Taiwan, anyway?
