Well, well, well, then... no man left behind it is, though the current apocolypse has indeed left many behind.

The second and third stanzas resonate with me, while the first and fourth not as much.

That said, my favorite lines are:
" the moon waxes
with the bottle's wane"

Perhaps "while" instead of "with" ?  I'm sure sure you wrestled those lines already, so I'll just drink it in as presented.

Thanks Mark. It is bewildering to me that a country so in love with its troops cannot muster 2 months of common sense without going AWOL. If I were History, I wouldn't look too kindly on us.
