what browser you using, and where did you copy and paste from?

Good suggestion.  I tried it in a different browser (Avast Secure) and the toolbar appears (edit window is normal width).  My normal browser is K-Meleon, which often falls behind the latest display options.  I'll have to use Avast Secure until K-Meleon updates.

(Yeah, I know, it's Courier New.  Was there ever a Courier Old, other than the Selectric ball?)
