Who Threw That?
My lager was the colour of piss
but cooler than the air-con.
It also tasted like the colour of piss
though a supposition, I was sure.
Beads of moisture trickled down
leaving a puddle round the base.
Someone threw a beermat like a Frisbee,
it swerved and land in the wife's mouth
She went quiet and spat it out,
hasn't spoke to me since then.
Wish someone had done it on our wedding day
then I wouldn't have had to drink this piss
this last twenty two years.
